The President of  the Republic of Rwanda, H.E Paul Kagame  on Thursday morning held a breakfast meeting with Belgian Ministers of Foreign Affairs and International  Cooperation, Hon. Louis Michel  and Hon. Marc Verwlghen, respectively. The event took place at the State House in  Kigali.
