Thursday afternoon arrived in Kigali to attend the forthcoming summit of
the first African Peer Review (APR) Forum and the 9th Heads of State and
Government Implementation Committee (HSGIC) on Feb.13th -14th, 2004 at
their arrival at Kigali International Airport welcomed by H.E. Paul
Kagame, The President of the Republic of Rwanda, along with First lady
