President KAGAME meets Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad during a visit to Malaysia to attend the SMART Partnership  Dialogue. The theme of the Dialogue was " Towards a Smarter Globe - Enhancing Security and Prosperity for Development through Smart Partnership."
