OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER

The Office of the Prime Minister, under the authority of the Prime Minister, is entrusted with assisting the Prime Minister in the implementation of national policies, leading Government activities along the major guidelines given by the President of the Republic and ensuring law enforcement. MINISTER IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

The Minister in the Office of the President reviews all legislation before promulgation by the President of the Republic. The Minister is also charged with resolving the citizen complaints addressed to the President and supervises implementation of Presidential pledges; and serves as liaison between Cabinet and Parliament. --- Minisitiri mu Biro bya Perezida ashinzwe gusuzuma inyandiko zose zemejwe n’Inteko Ishinga Amategeko mbere y’uko zishyirwaho umukono na Perezida. MINISTER IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER

The Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister ensures that the Cabinet process is run effectively and efficiently and that proper consultations take place before policy decisions are taken. --- Minisitiri mu Biro bya Minisitiri w’Intebe ashinzwe kureba ko imirimo y’Inama y’Abaminisitiri ikorwa neza kandi inyuze mu mucyo, anareba ko habayeho ibiganiro bihagije mbere y’uko hafatwa ibyemezo bya politiki.

MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING (MINECOFIN)

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning has a mission to raise sustainable growth, economic opportunities, and living standards of all Rwandans. Among its goals, MINECOFIN works to maintain a stable macroeconomic environment with low inflation, moderate budget deficits, and sustainable public debt and to foster greater evidence-based planning and performance-based budgeting. --- MINECOFIN ifite inshingano zo guteza imbere ubukungu burambye, amahirwe y’iterambere, n’imibereho myiza y’Abanyarwanda bose. MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (MINAFFET)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality relationships with other countries for peace, security and stability of Rwanda, the region and the world while participating in wealth creation through more efficient cooperation for development, promotion of investments and tourism, the transfer of know-how and technologies, and more equitable worldwide trade regional integration. --- MINAFFET Ifite inshingano zo kubaka no kurinda umubano mwiza hagati y’u Rwanda n’ibindi bihugu hagamijwe amahoro, umutekano n’iterambere ry’u Rwanda, akarere n’isi yose. MINISTRY OF JUSTICE (MINIJUST)

The vision of Ministry of Justice is to promote and facilitate the Rule of law in the country by emphasizing equality of all persons before the law and ensuring that judicial institutions are effective and efficient in the provision of legal services to the public. MINISTRY OF DEFENCE (MOD)

MINISTRY OF GENDER AND FAMILY PROMOTION (MIGEPROF)

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR

MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MINALOC)

The Mission of the Ministry of infrastructure is to ensure sustainable infrastructure development covering transport, energy, water supply and sanitation, housing and human settlement sectors aiming to drive Rwanda’s economic growth and enhance quality of life of the citizen. MINISTRY OF ICT AND INNOVATION (MINICT)

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL RESOURCES (MINAGRI)

MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (MINICOM)

MINICOM aspires to drive Rwanda’s economic development agenda through civil society and private sector engagement. MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT (MOE)

The Ministry of Environment was established to ensure the conservation, protection and development of the environment. MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

The mission of this ministry is to attain a highly proficient mechanism for preventing, mitigating, responding, recovering, securing, monitoring and timely acting on natural and man-made disasters risks.
